Lawclerks will receive their payment upon the Attorney’s acceptance of the Lawclerk’s submitted final Project. To avoid delay in payment, if an Attorney does not click “accept” for a submitted final Project and no Dispute Resolution Procedure is commenced, payment will be tendered to the Lawclerk for the submitted final Project ninety-six (96) hours after the final Project has been submitted. If, however, a Dispute Resolution Procedure is commenced, payment will be treated in accordance with Section E of the Lawclerk.Legal Corporation Terms of Use.
